beauty ratings

want to give my ratings on beauty finds and practitioners! first, love pampered hands on melrose. my toes and hands are amazing! got the gel nail color so i can do hair and still have my shit lookin shiny and tight! i love the redkin real control, cant stop talking about it to clients and i use it everyday, no joke! its done wonders for me and if you want some contact me and i'll get a good deal:) on to the next, just got dark green chanel polish, super glam, super hot for spring! i also got mac's new liner and its amazing! my friend navaard sold it to me at nordys and it dries with a leather like sheen and goes on quicker than than the stupid brush applied gel in a pot. i love all bath and body works lotions and have one in each of my purses at any given time and of course..... WATER. one day i'll drink more i swear but for now, we all gotta work on drinking more water:)

awards season

the women of this years golden globes did a real number this year. natalie portmans sculpted up do was sleek and appropriate to her grace and beauty. j lo killed it cause i think she can do no wrong, helena bohnham-carter brought her style and no one can fault her for that and halle berry did her usual close cropped do and she was bangin. angelina did what shes done for the last couple years with her side part and i get it. lets move on...... january jones is a real siren and she played up her polished retro style to a tee. on a fashion note, fringe is fuckin in! that fringe versace january had on was so beautiful and tom ford is playing it up big time for his hot spring/summer 2011 collection. annette benning is a talent but her hair was a no go and julianne moore was so cute and i dont think she ages, right!?! check the pics!

HELLO 2011

The tail end of 2010 was full of good times, 12 hour days, a colorful group of men and women in my chair and lots of laughs all around. I'm most proud of my ability to show and prove under intense pressure; the lack of a fully functioning water heater, tricky a/c units and faulty heater ducts, personality clashes, tough time constraints and a menagerie of other obstacles. Ive had the tenacity and shining personality and knowledge to combat all the uncomfortable things in my environment and bring clients to me time and again and even create friendships and trust through my undying positive outlook no matter how frustrated. The more i took in, the stronger Ive gotten and Ive also gained so much. Jewels! Everyone one of the people in my chair are jewels and its as if my chair is my home; welcome, have a seat and let me take care of you.
