taste of award season 2012

wow! such beauty last night and maybe a snafu or two..... lol! reese witherspoons tousled waves with shades of platinum and blond were just a dream and on the flip side jeassica biels smooth rich brown locks wowed and pushed her features to the beauty limits (if that's possible):) katherine mcphee wore a natural medium brown with wisps of dark blond peeking out of her loose curls.... amazing! nicole richies bangs were smooth and drastic all at the same time! lastly charlieze theron wore her hair like she was running an errand and forgot she needed to attend an event hence the monochromatic head band that seemingly gets lost in her blah blond hair......

RED RED WORLD

Working with amazing variances in reds has given one of my top clients gorgeous locks, a richer look and lots of dimension. I started with some coppery based reds and have moved into some violet based reds with some ombred pieces throughout.... Her hair has the best curl pattern AND looks amazing blown out....all voluminous and bouncy with not much effort:) LOVE HER, LOVE HER HAIR.....

brazillian blow out upsdtaes

The twenty-four tests, performed in strict adherence with agency protocol, were conducted in various salon settings and measured for the release of formaldehyde.

*Initially, one of the twenty-four tests conducted produced a level exceeding Federal OSHA's Short-Term Exposure Level. Immediate research revealed that the particular test was proven faulty, given it was conducted for a longer exposure time than the test required. The test was conducted once again on the same day, in the same salon setting using the proper exposure time. This test produced level falling, once again, below the Federal OSHA Short-Term Exposure Limit (see copy of faulty and corrected test data below).

The Air Sampling Report, from the testing performed on November 18, 2010, clearly shows that the test lasted 35 minutes, more than twice the amount dictated by the Code of Federal Regulations. Because this singular test more than doubled the statutory time period of 15 minutes, this test alone purports to demonstrate that 2.5249 parts of formaldehyde per million were off-gassed from the Brazilian Blowout Professional Smoothing Solution. Of the twenty-four air monitoring tests, only "this test" purports to demonstrate exposure above 2 parts per million, because it is the only test that was more than doubled to 35 minutes. Thus, these results are invalid and do not support any contention that more than 2 parts of formaldehyde per million have ever been off-gassed during the proper testing of the Brazilian Blowout Professional Smoothing Solution.
