A great new curl / wavy hair technique called Plopping is amazing! Apply product, dip hair into a cotton t-shirt and let dry early in the AM before you start your day or prep it for over night! For women with straighter hair or a really loose wave who want a model-esque wave that looks perfectly tousled try this technique I found on refinery 29 ; take damp hair and run some of your favorite smoothing serum mostly on the ends to avoid a greasy look by the scalp, make a loose ballerina bun with a couple bobby pins atop your head... let air dry for as long as you can then unravel and spray with your favorite Sea Spray for texture! I love Evo Salty Dog Spray, Rock a deep part and you're all set. My favorite styling products this month for men and women is Evo! I don't love the shampoo and conditioner but all the styling product is great and smells awesome, not overly flowery but very pleasant and unique! Inexpensive and a must have for a household with more than one head of hair! Redken Real Control hair mask- Comes in a heavy cream form in a tub and fantastic for daily use on hair ends when washing or not! Phyto Phytobaume conditioner- Plant based and smells great, light and great for everyday moisture needs. Marakesh Oil Hair Styling Elixir- Great hair oil, apply on wet or dry hair and smells wayyyyyy better than Moroccan Oil argan oil. Oro Fluido- Another great hair oil, Argan based and versatile usage and smells like heaven, just need a pea sized droop for whole head. Borcato Mousse Volumzing foam- Soft styles need some soft mousse! smells great and a little goes a long way. For a wavy beachy style layer and argan oil then apply mousse for a sexy style! Framesi BY Be Yourself Volcanic wax- not just for shaping short mens styles, this versatile styling aid is great on womens dry hair for a piecey textured look and smells like Tom Ford Black Orchid Fragrance!

Happy Independence day everyone! Its July, its hot and hair care can be cumbersome!
